Musée Maritime Douala Maritime Museum Contributes to Turtle Protection Program From 25 to 28 July 2023, a team from the Douala Maritime Museum (DMM) travelling from Campo, through Ebodje to Kribi. This mission involves a search for documents on various actions taken to protect sea turtles in the Kribi Campo Marine Park.
Working sessions and site visits are being organised for the staff of the Douala Maritime Museum, with the coordination of the park’s managers and ecoguards.
The information gathered will be used to set up exhibitions at the DMM which will be open to national and international visitors. Scientific, cultural, artistic and educational activities will be organised around the exhibition for better valorisation.
